Litmus Attest on Arc
Every Meteora DBC graduation on Solana, judged contested (independent buyers competed) or uncontested (the curve was filled without competition), with evidence and transaction receipts. Each UTC day's verdicts are committed to a Merkle root on Arc mainnet. This page checks a verdict against that root using nothing but the published file and a public Arc RPC.

Pay-per-call API
GET /verdict/:pool returns the same record plus its Merkle proof for 0.001 USDC, paid over x402 with Circle Gateway Nanopayments on Arc: the buyer signs an authorization, Gateway settles in batches, no gas per call.
